"Shut Down" warnings as defined under User Preferences can now be viewed when signing out

Within finPOWER Connect, User Preferences, Tasks & Workflows, Startup/Shut Down, there are a series of checkboxes to display certain warnings when shutting down finPOWER Connect.

These warnings are now used in finPOWER Connect Cloud when Signing Out. Plus there is a new User menu option to "View User Shut Down Messages".

When Signing Out, the User is prompted to view Shut Down messages and, if they opt to show them, they will not be prompted again upon Signing Out for a short period.

NOTE: Even though certain functionality may not yet be available in finPOWER Connect Cloud, the same messages are shown for consistency.
