Client form; issues and changes related to read-only Users

The following changes have been made to the Client form to cater for read-only Users

• Contacts
• You can now drilldown to Contact Addresses and Contact Methods
• Tax & Banking page
• Bank Accounts grid
• Rearrange button was incorrectly shown
• You can now drilldown to Bank Accounts, even as a read-only User
