Logs grids; Now display "Creator" column

The followings Logs grids now show a "Creator" column providing the screen is above a certain width:

• Client
• Account
• Account Application
• Security Statement
• Tasks view
• Workflow

As part of this change, the "Subject" column's content is rendered in smaller text for "Service" type Logs and the "Type" column is always rendered in smaller text and is fixed to a smaller width (previously, it varied depending on the grid content).

The following tidy-ups were also made:

• Fee removed from User Logs grid on Tasks view since it is not applicable to User Logs.
