Non-Administrator Users can view the User form
The User form should only be accessible to Administrator and User Administrator Users.
However, a read-only view of the User form could be displayed for any level of User.
This has been applied to the following forms:
- Roles List
- Permissions
- User
- User List
- User Groups List
- User Policies List
- User Preferences (for anything other than the current User)
NOTE: Only the User, User List and User Preferences forms also allow "User Administrator" Users, all other forms are only accessible to "Administrator" Users.
