Client form; Tax & Banking page; Banking Information grid updated

The following changes have been made to the Banking Information grid on the Client form:

• Warnings column now displays text as small and coloured red
• Icon column added
• Payment Method column added
• Type column now displays a readable version, e.g., "Bank Account" instead of "BankAccount"
• Friendly Name column added

Many columns in this grid are only displayed if there are values to display and hence may not always appear.
