Login form now auto-recovers from Web Services being unavailable

If a User views the login form and finPOWER Connect Web Services are unavailable, then the message "finPOWER Connect Cloud is currently unavailable" is shown after a few seconds.

Previously, the User needed to press F5 to retry and redisplay the login form.

This manual step has been removed and the login form will check, roughly every 5 seconds, to see it Web Services are available.
