Portals; Security page; You can now specify a custom "Locked Out Message" for Client and User-based Portals
A new "Locked Out Message" can be defined for both Client and User-based Portals.
This is displayed when the Client or User attempts to sign in with the correct credentials, but their account is locked, e.g., they have already entered 3 invalid sets of credentials.
NOTE: This message is only shown when running the Portal via Web Services.
