Clients, New Clients page has been added to Global Settings in finPOWER Connect Cloud

For Users with access to Global Settings, the Clients, New Clients page of Global Settings can now be viewed and edited.

For now, only the "Default values for New Clients" section is available as this is the only section which currently applies to finPOWER Connect Cloud.
