Audit Search; Billing Reference lookup not working

The Audit Search, Credit Bureau requests "Billing Reference" lookup was not working - it fails with "Failed to open Range Lookup Form from Parameter. Failed to open DataTable. No value given for one or more required parameters.".

Note, this also applies to the Security Enquiry Requests, Security Register requests and Service Log Search options.
