Tasks view; Unable to complete or defer "Account Closed Pending Review Date" and "Pending Withdrawal Review" type Tasks and other issues

Issues with the Tasks view meant that Users were unable to complete or defer "Account Closed Pending Review Date" and "Pending Withdrawal Review" type Tasks.

The following system-supplied Smart List has been updated:

• SmartList_TaskManagerTasks
• Version: 1.06 (9/07/2021)

Other issues fixed:

• "Pending Withdrawal Review" type Tasks did not show a summary page, instead they showed a "Failed to get Task Summary." error.
• A summary will be added in the future but for now, the error has been removed
