PPSR B2G Update (Australia); Desktop form updated to capitalise captions and headings

Various captions which include the PPSR actions (i.e., Registrations, Amendments, Discharges, Renewals) have been updated in the PPSR B2G Update wizard to capitalise the first letter, as it is a noun describing the action.

This is consistent with the HTML Widget, which had already had this applied.
