Global Settings; Clients; Contacts; Contact Methods now validated for correct "Type" when saving

Previously, Global Settings would allow the User to save an invalid Contact Method. For example, a Contact Method of Type "Phone" could be saved as the default Email.

This has been enhanced so that the configured Contact Method must be the correct Type.
