Administration view; Import tab showing for Read-Only database

A database can be made Read-Only under the Global Settings form, Database page in finPOWER Connect desktop.

When viewing the Administration view from finPOWER Connect, an "Import" tab was still showing for Administrator Users even though none of the options were usable.

This has now been removed.
