HTML Widgets; When running under finPOWER Connect Cloud, widget.DateAddDays was not available and caused an error

When an HTML Widget was running under finPOWER Connect Cloud, the widget.DateAddDays method was not available and caused an error.

This caused the Account Processes widget to appear not to recalculate dates, e.g., when changing the "Payment Due Transactions" date, the dates below were not recalculated.
