HTML Widgets; widget.UI.AddressDetails control; Allow "Unspecified" delivery types to be removed
The widget.UI.AddressDetails control now has an "excludeUnspecifiedDeliveryTypes" Boolean option (false by default) that can be used to remove any "Unspecified" entries from the Delivery Type dropdown.
