HTML Widgets; Bank Entry; User cannot commit Batch
If the Bank Entry HTML Widget was configured with a "Batch Unlock Policy" that was NOT "Any User", an attempt to commit the Batch by a non-administrator User would fail with the message:
"Failed to Clear Lock. You do not have permission to Clear Locks."
