Browser control; updated to support the new Edge (Chromium) based "WebView2" control

Wherever finPOWER Connect displays HTML, a web browser control is used. This control is based upon "Internet Explorer". A new option has been added to support the new Edge (Chromium) based "WebView2" control. This is the current Microsoft web browser used within Windows 10.

To enable the new control, check "Use the new Microsoft Edge (Chromium) WebView2 browser control (BETA)?" under Global Settings, General group, User Interface page.

Note, at present this is only used in the HTML Viewer drilldown and OAuth dialog forms, but will be progressively introduced in other areas.

This should state "Microsoft.Web.WebView2.WinForms: 1.0.902.0".
