Search view; Security; PPSR; Registration number search returned no results for Australian databases

The PPSR Search on the Security, PPSR tab of the Search view was not returning any results for Australian databases.

Unlike New Zealand, PPSR Registrations are on a per-Security Statement Item-basis in Australia.

The search has been updated to cater for this and the following business layer function has been updated:
