HTML Widgets; Client Contact Method; New button to "Validate Email address"

A new button to the right of the Email field allows the Email address to be validated.

This validation method does more than check the syntax of the Email; it attempts to contact the Email server to ensure the address is valid.

This matches the functionality of the button on the Client Contact Method form in finPOWER Connect.
