Grids show filtered out rows after column sort

Grids now retain their filtered out rows after a column has been sorted.

Previously, sorting a column would re-display all rows, regardless of the grid's filter, e.g.:

• Lookup
• E.g., Lookup Account Roles from the Account Roles List report
• List forms
• Client Types
• Other grids
• Client form, Logs page
