Account Close wizard; option to stop Accrued Interest from being modified

There are new options in the Account Close wizard to stop Accrued Interest from being modified by the User.

The following Permission Keys have been added:

• Account.Deposit.Close.AccruedInterestAllowChange
• Account.Loan.Close.AccruedInterestAllowChange

These prevent the User from modifying Deposit and Loan Accrued Interest in the Account Close wizard.

In addition, even if the Permission Key allows the User to modify the Accrued Interest, there is a new property on the finAccountClose object to override the behaviour.

finAccountClose.AccruedInterestAllowChange = False

Note, the Permission Key affects the User Interface Only. It also takes precedence over finAccountClose.AccruedInterestAllowChange.
