HTML Widgets; Client Identification; NZ Passports were not populating or saving the Passport Number

When loading an existing NZ Passport type Identification Item the Passport Number was not pre-populating. Additionally, if altering an existing number, or creating a new NZ Passport Identification Record the Passport Number would not be saved.

This has been fixed and now the NZ Passport Number pre-populates and saves correctly.
