General Ledger Interface; Added MYOB API interface (BETA)

A new Web API based General Ledger Interface has been added for MYOB.

This is configured under Global Settings, GL and Accounting page, and can be overridden on each Entity. The Export Type is "MYOB API".

Note, this requires the Global Setting "User new interface?" to be checked.

NOTE: The "MYOB API" General Ledger interface is BETA release only. Therefore, use with caution and either test before using in production or carefully review Transactions created in your General Ledger system.
