Administration view; List forms; Now have a "Delete" button below grids

The following list forms which are accessed from the Administration view now have a "Delete" button below their grid making it easier to delete records. Prior to this, you had to view the non-Edit form (except for Users) and use the "Delete" action on that form.

• Client Types
• Information Lists
• Rate Tables
• Users

The caption has also been removed from the "Duplicate" button on these forms.

The summary on the Users List form now has an "Edit" action for consistency with other forms.
