HTML Widgets; Account Payment Arrangement; Overriding Payments grid; No longer clears Date/ Date Range when no value entered

The "Date" and "Date Range" columns on the Overriding Payments grid in the Account Payment Arrangement HTML Widget are mutually exclusive.

Therefore, entering a value in one of these columns clears the value in the other column.

However, if there was a value in one column then simply double-clicking the other column would clear that value. This has been changed so that the column will only be cleared if a value is entered in the other column.
