Change Password form incorrectly shows Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) warning

The Change Password form was incorrectly showing a Multi-Factor Authentication warning below the input fields, even if MFA was not enabled.

NOTE: The terminology also referred to Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) and has been updated to MFA for consistency.
