Portals form; Pages page; Copy and Pasting a Portal Page results in unhandled exception

Copying and Pasting an item in the grid on the Pages page of the Portals form resulted in unhandled exception "Object reference not set to an instance of an object." occurring.

Also, when in edit mode, clicking the Copy button did not enable the Paste button until you exited edit mode and then re-edited the record.
