NZ Government; Financial Services Provider API due to be removed on 15 March 2021

The NZ Government service NZCO Financial Services Providers Details products are due to be removed by MBIE on the 15 March 2021. There is no replacement API.

A warning "This product is due to be discontinued by MBIE on 15 March 2021" will be displayed to the User when they attempt to use this product.

NOTE: the service will return an error if accessing this product once it has been removed by MBIE.
