Attempting to reopen a Refinanced or Reinvested Account may fail
Attempting to reopen a Refinanced or Reinvested Account may have failed, e.g., if the Account was "Closed (Pending)" and the Account Refinanced to was a "Quote".
For "Closed (Pending)" Accounts, the Reopen process has been updated to:
- Prompt to display the Accept or Decline wizard for the Refinanced to Account or, if the User is not an Account Authoriser or does not have the Account.Form.Action.AccountAcceptDecline permission, simply display a warning message and prevent the reopen
- For Refinanced or Reinvested Accounts, display a warning as a secondary confirmation
The updated behaviour is as per attempting to reopen an Account from finPOWER Connect desktop.
