Sample Account Processes "Account History Rating Update" script; fails if Client Group or Client Type range specified

The sample Account Processes "Account History Rating Update" script fails if a Client Group or Client Type range specified.

The error is "Failed to run Account Processes. Failed to run script 'AP.HISTRAT'. Failed to open DataReader. Failed to open DataTable. No value given for one or more required parameters.".

Note, this occurs because the "Client" table is not joined into the SQL query.
