Global Settings and User Preferences; Style and other updates

The following updates have been made to both the Global Settings and User Preferences forms:

• Search fields
• Blank tips updated to "Search global settings" and "Search user preferences"
• Field heights updated to match forms such as "Information Lists"
• Global Settings now displays in "Demo mode" but does not allow editing of settings (as per User Preferences)

NOTE: "Demo mode" means that the demo.txt file in the App_Data folder for both Web Services and finPOWER Connect Cloud contains "Y" (by default, this file should not exist or should just contain "N").
