HTML Widgets; Account Withdrawal and Refund wizard; Incorrectly shows "Withdrawal" in summary for Refunds
When in "Refund" mode, the Summary Page at the bottom of the first page in the Account Withdrawal wizard was incorrectly showing "Withdrawal".
