Email and SMS Messages; Branch and Entity tags not resolving
In an Email or SMS Message for a Client, the Branch and Entity tags may not resolve. This is because the Client does not define a default Branch.
Note, this was most apparent when sending an Email reminder for a Bank Account Enquiry.
This has been updated to use the default Branch for the User, or for SMS Messages the Branch defined for Cost Centre analysis.
