Credit Bureau; Credit Sense (Version 2); Added ability to load existing Applications

Added ability to load existing Applications into the Credit Sense (Version 2) Bank Account Credit Bureau service.

When running a Bank Account Enquiry, check "Existing Application" and enter the Credit Sense "Application Id". The Application Id is the unique reference created by Credit Sense.
