Microsoft Azure SQL Database provider; reviewed and updated

The finPOWER Connect Microsoft Azure SQL Database provider has been updated as follows:

• Updated code to match the SQL Server database provider
• Change how the Connection String is formed
• Will automatically add "database.windows.net", so "intersoft.database.windows.net" can be abbreviated to simply "Intersoft"
• Port Number can now be specified
• Either leave blank or set to 1433 (the default)
• User Form
• Add Actions to manually Add and Delete Azure SQL Database Logins/ Users
• Note, this is not required as it normally happens automatically

NOTE: The Azure SQL Database provider is still in BETA. Please use with caution, and thoroughly test before you use.
