Audit Search; Form updated to use Audit Functions available in the Business Layer

Previously, the Audit Search wizard managed all Audit Searching within the form. To support the new Audit Search HTML Widget the majority of code which is responsible for searching was moved to finAuditFunctions.

The Form has now been updated to also use the same Functions within finAuditFunctions. This ensures that the searching behaviour between the HTML Widget and Form is identical.
