Deposit Accounts; can now reopen Matured and Reinvested Deposit Accounts

Previously you could not reopen a Matured or Reinvested Deposit Account. This might be required, for example, where the maturity payment is reversed because the Bank Account paying to has been closed.

This restriction has been relaxed.

A warning has been added, e.g. "WARNING: This Account has been Reinvested to Account '[AccountId]'. Reopening this Account will lose the link from the original Account to the reinvested Account. Are you sure you want to continue?".

If Fixed Term it also warns "After reopening the Account you should review the current Maturity Instructions.". This is because the existing Maturity Instructions could mean the Deposit Account closes again the next time Account Processes are run.

Note; that the link between the two Deposit Accounts will be lost when you Re-Open the Account
