Reporting; Client List report; Ordering by "Name" fails

Attempting to run the Client List report failed when ordering by "Name" since the list item for " Name" contained a space at the beginning.

This has been fixed for this report and additional fixed added so that any other reports with mis-defined "Order By" lists do not suffer the same issue (leading spaces will be removed).
