HTML Widgets; Client AKA; Now checks record timestamp before allowing an existing record from being updated or deleted

The Client AKA HTML Widget would update and delete a record, even if the timestamp had changed since loading. This may indicate that the record had been updated by another User, and therefore updating or deleting it without warning is not desirable.

The Widget has been enhanced so if the records timestamp has updated since the Widget was initialised, a warning will be displayed prior to the record being updated or deleted. The User can choose at this point to ignore the warning, and update / delete anyway or cancel the update / delete.

If the record has since been deleted, the User will be informed that this may have happened at the point they try to delete or commit.
