Audit pages now clarify how the information is displayed and include the Time Zone details

The Audit page (e.g., the Account form, Audit page) now clarifies the Time Zone that any dates are displayed using.

The Time Zone used is that configured under Global Settings in finPOWER Connect. This is different from other areas such as Log grids where the date and time displayed is converted to the User's local time.

NOTE: The Time Zone is always shown on this page for clarity, regardless of whether Global Settings are configured to "Use Time Zones" or not.
