HTML Widgets; widget.UI.ParametersHost; Ranges do not work

Range type Parameters were not working in the widget Parameters Host.

The following issues occurred:

• A blue button appeared to the right of range controls showing vertical ellpsis; clicking it did nothing
• The fields themselves were not sizing correctly to fill the width of the page
