HTML Widgets; Parameters Host control; Now supports "Order By" and "Distinct" for Database Ranges

The Parameters Host control now supports "Order By" and "Distinct" for Database Ranges.

This can be seen in the new Audit Search HTML Widget for the "(Activity Log Search)" question. Ranges such as "Windows Users" now display a list of distinct values in the correct order.
