Reset Database Permissions wizard; no longer runs if database is open

The Reset Database Permissions wizard will no longer run if a database is currently open. Also, after clicking "Finish", you are warned "WARNING: This will invalidate other Users that currently have the Database open. Please ensure other Users close the database first.".

All open connections to the database should be closed before resetting Database permissions. If not, connections may become invalid and cause finPOWER Connect to hang.

In addition, the wizard will now default the last database opened as displayed on the File menu.
