Access databases; warning added if database size more than 400MB

A warning on start-up is now included if the Access database size is more than 400MB.

Note, Microsoft Access databases are limited to 2,000MB and databases approaching this size are more prone to experiencing data corruption and becoming unrepairable.

We recommend only using Access databases up to 200MB and 10 Users.

Therefore, it is strongly recommended upgrading to Microsoft SQL Server when a database exceeds 400MB and definitely where larger than 1,000MB.
