Scripts; Web Services (Web API); Attempting to access request.Request fails since there is no reference to the System.Web DLL

Attempting to access the raw HTTP Request from a Web Services (Web API) type Script failed since the Script type did not reference the System.Web DLL.

This caused a compile error.

The Script now references System.Web.DLL.
