HTML Widgets; Account and Account Application Monitor Category Change Widgets now only show "Advanced" button on applicable pages

The Account and Account Application Monitor Category Change HTML Widgets have been updated so the "Advanced" button is only visible on pages it applies to. Previously, the button was also visible on the first page (History) but did not do anything.
