Database Information; added new column "Max(Pk)"

A new column "Max(Pk)" has been added to Database information. This helps understand how the database is growing.

In addition, a new "Maximum" row under the "Total" row now shows the maximum Row and Max(Pk) values found over all Tables.

This change has been made in the following places:

• Tools, Database, Document Database; when "Include Database Statistics?" is checked
• Tools, Utilities, Debug Window; Information tab
• Help, Support, Support Information
