The Equifax (Veda) XML NZ Service, Consumer Product, may fail to display the Summary Page report. The following error may occur "Failed to execute Summary Page (version 2) Script 'BuiltIn.SummaryPage2_CreditEnquiryReport_VedaXMLNZ'. Script execution failed for Script 'BuiltIn.SummaryPage2_CreditEnquiryReport_VedaXMLNZ'. An item with this key already exists in the collection.".
