Account Application Logs; new User Preferences to exclude Audit Logs and Logs by Subject

Account Application Logs can now exclude Audit Logs and Logs by Subject. The options are defined under Tools, User Preferences, Account Application group, General page.

Previously, Account Application Logs were hidden based upon the equivalent Account settings.

Note; Logs can also include Client Logs, which respect the User Preferences for Client Logs.
