Account Warnings Script; add optional warning where individual Client too young or too old

An optional warning has been added where an individual Client is too young or too old.

There are new constants that enable this warning. By default the constants are 0, which ignores the age warning, otherwise enter the number of years to apply.

• AgeWarningHigh

Note, this warning is not shown if the person is deceased.
